This park in historic district of Konya designed to serve as a social node for the entire town with facilities such as performance areas, herbal garden, amphitheater. The retail shops are housed in a linear building and also in vaulted structures. Other public amenities in the new park, such as the traditional restaurant, information kiosks and the clock tower, are proposed to be built around the archaeological ruins in the park.
