Murat Soygenis has been elevated to Fellowship with AIA for his significant contributions to the profession. He received his Fellowship Medal during the American Institute of Architects, College of Fellows Investiture Ceremony held in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA) as part of the A’19 AIA Conference on Architecture 2019.

Murat Soygenis, FAIA is a founding partner at S+ ARCHITECTURE and a professor. He received his architectural education in Istanbul, Turkey (B.Arch., ITU) and Buffalo New York, USA (M.Arch., University at Buffalo). He has served as the Dean of the School of Architecture (YTU) and received awards for his contributions to the profession. Soygenis has given numerous lectures in various countries, received architectural firm awards, participated in exhibitions, and served as a jury member in many international architectural prizes and competitions. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA), a member of the Chamber of Architects in Istanbul (UIA), and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
